Today, the practice provides service to a approximately 700 clients, many of whom are high net worth individuals or executives with small businesses or S-Corporations. The mix of services is 90% tax compliance/preparation and 10% traditional write-up or other services. Average fees on tax returns are $1,990 on 1040 returns, $3,152 on 1120/1120S returns and $2,800 on 1065 returns.
A professional staff of four works with the owners to complete all work with the support of a few admins. The owners desire to work with the buyer for a period of time before phasing out into retirement. This will benefit the buyer with strong post-acquisition continuity.
